AdSense Approval Problems: 


#1: Policy Violation:

Resolve issues in your Policy center that may affect ad serving
The Policy center displays all of the current enforcements on your sites. Enforcements can either block all advertising (for example, "Ad serving disabled") or restrict which advertisers can bid on your inventory (for example, "Restricted demand").

You may receive enforcements due to various issues with your content:

Policy violations that must be fixed. Policy violations are enforced with either "Ad serving disabled" or "Restricted demand".
Publisher restrictions are not policy violations so you don't need to change your content or ad requests. However, content with publisher restrictions receive "Restricted demand".
Tip: To find out if you need to take action on an enforcement, review the "Must fix" column in your Policy center. The column will say "Yes" if an enforcement is due to a policy violation. It will say "No" for publisher restrictions.

#2: No Content: 

Hi, I'm trying to get Adsense going on my website. however I am having issues as I keep getting rejected with the reason "Valuable Inventory: No content". 

Same case, and that: As stated in our programme policies, we may not show Google ads on pages or apps with little to no value and/or excessive advertising until changes are made. This includes hosted ad pages or pages or apps without content.

#3: Scrapped Content: 

Im trying to get approval for my website Govtexamtime.com but i always get notifications of policy violation Scraped Content. My site is based on the information of Job news and education. Im Not sure if anyone have same content like me. Because its news so maybe many people post the same article on his Website.

What I imagine I'm rejected because the google bots can't see this content and instead are looking for articles and blog posts etc.? How would you advise me to get a site like mine approved for ads?

#4: Code Error: 

After you’ve placed your ad code, we recommend that you check your ads to make sure that they're working correctly. A good way to verify that you've correctly implemented your AdSense ad code is to check the ad code in your browser's source code view:

Open the page that contains the ad code in your browser, and then view your page's source code (e.g., in Chrome, click View, Developer, and then View Source).
Compare the ad code in your page's source code with the ad code from your AdSense account.
Your ad code should appear exactly as it does in your AdSense account.

Common issues with ad code

Ads might not appear on your site if you find any of the following issues with your ad code:

Your ad code does not appear in its entirety, for example, there's a missing <script> or <ins> tag.
Your ad code displays all on one line.
Your ad code has extra HTML tags within it.
If you notice any of these issues, you should replace the broken ad code with fresh ad code copied from the Ads page in your AdSense account.

#5: Under Construction: 

Adsense is a contextual advertising solution that is only compatible with text based sites as it ignores any images when crawling for content. As such your site is not a good fit and there is no realistic fix as they are normally looking for hundreds of words on each and every page not just an image with tags.
